Glendower Demanding Change (GDC) (Senior Squad)

The initiative brought together a group of 10 youth from the Glendower community to renovate a TCHC unit into a youth-designated and youth-led programming space. 

Youth were trained, to increase their capacity, in governance, advocacy and program planning so they could manage the space. 

YCF's investment covered training costs and materials, salary for one youth staff, as well as an honorarium for participants involved in the capacity building training.
