Francesca Shaw

SVP and Chief Accountant at CIBC

Francesca grew up in Toronto and has worked for CIBC in Toronto for the past 17 years holding various positions before assuming the role of Chief Accountant in 2004.

Francesca has just recently retired from the Board of United Way of Toronto, where she held numerous volunteer roles over a span of 20 years, including Vice Chair and Chair of the Community Impact Committee. Francesca has been primarily involved in the community impact arm of United Way, working closely with the United Way staff and agencies on funds allocations, agency issues, strategy and priority setting and partnership collaboration. In the past Francesca has also been actively involved in her church and local organized sports, taking on various fundraising and management roles.

Francesca is married with two teenage daughters.
